Next up in Blindcrake Village Hall - Cockermouth Amateur Dramatic Society (CADS) will perform 'Home' by David Storey on Saturday 13 September. Doors open 7pm for 7.30 start. There will be a bar. Tickets will be £13 all ages: see link https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/cadstheatre to book. This will be the last event before we pause to carry out our sustainable heating project.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to or visited our annual garden trail at the end of June - we were blessed with magnificent weather after a week of rain. Our visitors enjoyed the range of 14 gardens in Blindcrake, Redmain and Sunderland, as well as classic cars and art displays; not to mention the sandwiches and cakes in the village hall. Most of all they appreciated the friendliness of our community, which we are proud to be part of.
